We understand that you may have plans to meet with friends, visit restaurant and enjoy your
Friday evening. That’s why we decided to extend our daycare hours, so your furry friend
can have fun until late too ! We would be grateful if you could inform us about your plans in
advance!

Every day Doggies Nap time from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m.
(During nap time, the doors are closed — no drop-offs or pick-ups — as our furry friends need uninterrupted rest after their activities. We don’t want to disturb them! )

Goal of session – socialization, trusted contact between owner and puppy, avoiding puppy biting, no

Goal of session – socialization, leaving food, walking on leash, sit and wait, walking side
General obedience classes. 8 weeks session. Once per week. 200 cad + gst
Goal of session – sit, sit and wait, down, stay, wait, walking side on leash/without leash, come, leave it,

Personal training (1 hour) – 90 cad +gst
30 min session – 40 cad +gst

We are committed to ensuring a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for all of our furry guests. Please carefully read and follow the rules below for every visit.
Before your dog’s first visit to daycare, a trial day (behavior assessment) is required. This helps us determine if your pet is a good fit for our environment, staff, and other dogs. This session is for free and takes 2 hours.
All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations before using grooming or daycare services:
Dogs over 6–8 months of age must be spayed or neutered, unless previously discussed and approved by our management to visit dog daycare.
We only accept socialized, friendly dogs in daycare. Dogs showing signs of aggression or excessive anxiety are not allowed to use our services until they complete a training program. We offer individual and group training sessions with a professional dog trainer at our facility. Once your dog completes training, they may be re-evaluated for daycare.
All grooming services are available by appointment only. Walk-ins for grooming are not accepted.
If your dog has a history of behavioral issues during grooming, please inform us in advance. A soft muzzle may be used if needed for safety. Bite Penalty: If a dog bites or shows aggressive behavior towards a groomer, a penalty fee will be charged to the owner to cover medical expenses and potential downtime in our services.
Excessively matted coats may incur an additional dematting fee. In severe cases, the coat may need to be shaved to ensure skin health and comfort.
Only one owner with their dog is allowed at the reception at a time. Please wait your turn outside to avoid stress or potential incidents between pets.
